Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order status online via UPS website.

5. Shipping Delays

Please note that during peak seasons (such as holidays), shipping may take longer than usual. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee delivery dates for any orders. Delays may also occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after tracking indicates delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
