Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges for store credit will ONLY be accepted within 30 days of purchase and will REQUIRE the original receipt or gift receipt.  We will not accept any return , exchange or request for store credit without the original receipt or gift receipt.

All items must be in a sellable, unused, in original packaging , sealed and in original condition the item was purchased/received.  For clothing products, items must have the original tags, be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

Personalized items, custom orders, inflated helium balloons and pre-assembled playsets are all FINAL SALE.
